Work Environment and Staff Performance
Several reviewers have shared their experiences with the working environment and staff at Dilley Printing. Abby described a hostile work environment, stating that the owners are family and there is constant fighting. Forrest personally delivered the proof and booklets, and the project turned out beautifully. Cheyne Kirkpatrick also complimented the customer service reps, but had a minor issue with the website ordering system, which resulted in their order being doubled without their knowledge.
Quality of Work and Scams
Unfortunately, Slawomir Ludera had a terrible experience with Dilley Printing, describing it as the "worst experience in my life" and warning others to "stay away from those people". They claimed it was a scam.
