At Rainier Designs, we specialize in three types of clothing embellishment: embroidery, screen printing, and digital printing. Embroidery offers stunning visual impact with superior workmanship, making it an excellent choice for companies looking to create a lasting impression. Screen printing provides best value for quantities over a dozen items, offering an affordable option for large orders. Digital printing, on the other hand, is ideal for smaller orders or complex, colorful graphics.
Our Expertise
Our team of experts brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. Gordon Alvord, the founder of Rainier Designs, has a bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota and is also a commercial airline pilot. Amy Alvord, our technical expert, has over 10 years of experience in designing clothing for major department stores and holds a bachelor's degree in Textile and Apparel Management from the University of Missouri. Kathy Alvord, our production manager, has over 40 years of sewing and garment alterations experience, ensuring consistency and accuracy for all orders.

Our Catalogs
Our garment catalogs offer a vast selection of brands and styles to match your activities and interests. We also provide personalized gift options, such as monogrammed linens, baby gifts, tote and beverage bags.
Artwork Submission
To ensure the best possible results, we accept vector artwork in.cdr or.eps format, but also accept.jpg files with a minimum resolution of 300dpi and a size equal to the intended application. We also offer artwork modification services.
Stitched Out Samples
Before applying the final product, we provide stitched-out samples to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the quality and appearance of their items.
