Hartford Business Forms

At Budget Printers and Embroidery, we are committed to our local community and have been rooted in the Hartford area since 1974. Our story began when Dan and Sue Falotico decided to leave corporate life and start their own business. They started while still employed and eventually moved into the business full-time. Their first company was Hartford Business Forms, operating from their home in East Hartford. Later that year, they found a small shop with the name Budget Printers in Windsor, which they purchased and moved into. With no equipment or production capabilities, they started from scratch, answering phones during the day and making sales calls in the evenings and weekends. By March 1975, Budget Printers had already outgrown its location and moved across the street, purchasing their first printing press. Dan attended Prince Tech for printing courses, and Sue assisted with packaging, billing, and other tasks. In June 1976, they hired their first employee to answer the phone and take orders. Dan became involved in all aspects of the business, including sales calls and production. By June 1977, they found and purchased their current location at 1718 Park Street in Hartford, setting up shop and going into full production. We have continued to grow and expand, always committed to serving our local community.
