Our Process
At OTO Supply Company LLC, we're committed to making the custom merch and apparel buying experience as smooth as possible. Here's how we do it:
1. Proofs & Artwork: Send us your design files in vector format, and our team will mock up your design and send it to you for approval. We won't proceed with an order until all aspects are agreed upon and approved.
2. Production: Once your design is approved, we'll order your blank garments and check everything into our facility. We'll then set up your job, screen print, embroider, or apply heat applied graphics to your garments and merch. This usually takes 5-15 business days. If you need your job in less time, we offer rush services.
3. Shipping & Pickup: Once your order is complete and checked for accuracy and quality, we'll box everything up and give you a confirmation email.
