Our Process
At One Vision Designs, we believe in providing exceptional service and quality products to our clients. Here's how we work:
1. Get a Quote: Submit your order details and we'll provide you with a quote or order approval.
2. Press Setup: We'll mix inks, register art, and test print to ensure quality.
3. Artwork Approvals: Review proofs and artwork approvals for colors and placement.
4. Printing: We'll print your design on the material of your choice.
5. Packaging: We'll separate, fold, and load up the boxes for shipping or pickup.
Minimums
- Screen Printing: 50 pieces for 1-color prints, 100 pieces for 3-color prints, and 150 pieces for 4+ color prints.
- Embroidery: 50 pieces for flat embroidery, 50 pieces for hat embroidery, and 50 pieces for bag embroidery.
- Custom Patches: Minimums vary depending on the type of patch, but generally 25-100 pieces per design/color.
Digitizing Charges
- Left Chest Logo: $35+ per design
- Hat/Cap Logo: $35+ per design
- Large Logo: $65+ per design
- Jacket Back: $85+ per design
- File Edits: $15+ per design
- All Digitizing is a One-Time Setup Fee
