Environmentally Conscious
We take our responsibility to the environment seriously. We have eliminated the use of isopropyl alcohol in our presses, reduced volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in our printing inks, and replaced on-press oil-based coatings with environmentally-friendly aqueous coatings. Additionally, we recycle nearly 4,000 pounds of aluminum plates each year and transport waste paper and trimmings to a facility for repulping and remanufacturing.
