Our Process
Our screen printing process involves several steps, from designing the artwork to curing the ink on the finished product. We begin by creating vectorized images, which can be resized without losing image quality. We then separate the design into its component colors and prepare the screens for printing. Our screens are coated with emulsion, which blocks the ink from passing through until it is cured by a UV light. Once the screens are prepared, we repeat the process of attaching each color screen to a screen printing press and applying the ink with a squeegee. We use both manual and automatic presses to ensure efficient and high-quality printing.
