The journey of DTG2GO began in 2008 when three original innovative on-demand apparel print providers merged their strengths into a single, powerful entity. Over the years, we continued to innovate and grow, advancing in technologies, nurturing talent, and forming partnerships with prominent e-tail websites, entrepreneurial start-up platforms, and top-tier equipment manufacturers. In 2016, Delta Apparel acquired all three companies to create the industry's first vertically integrated DTG On Demand customizable fulfillment network.

Poor Customer Service and Poor Product Quality
Both Jody Ehlert and Michael Jackson had negative experiences with DTG2GO. Ehlert's son ordered a sweatshirt that was too small and despite multiple attempts to return it, the company failed to respond to his emails or phone calls. Michael Jackson, a former employee, detailed numerous issues he encountered at the company, including poor product quality, lack of pay raises, and no incentives for good work.
Complicated Printer Operations
According to Michael Jackson, the company has 10 machines upgraded and 2 new models, but this complex system often breaks down and produces low-quality prints. The T-shirts and hoodies often have lines on them, or the images are poor. The company's reliance on outdated technology, such as a malfunctioning bar code scanner and uncleaned Zebra printers, adds to the problems.
Employee Dissatisfaction
Michael Jackson's review highlighted the poor working conditions and lack of job security at DTG2GO. He stated that employees are stuck at a low wage of $12 per hour, with no pay increases or bonuses. The company's focus on quantity over quality led to a stressful work environment and burned-out employees.
