Customer Service
The customer service received was subpar, according to Patrick S., who gave a rating of 1 star. He stated that the service was "TERRIBLE" and that he will never again do business with them. Patrick warns others to "STAY AWAY" unless they enjoy being spoken to in a condescending manner.
Quality of Work
Patrick was also unhappy with the quality of the work done. He expressed that the job was "below par" and could have been accomplished by his 6th-grade child using their personal computer. The design was criticized for having incorrect colors and blurred graphics, leading Patrick to describe it as the "Worst graphic design experience I've ever dealt with."
