Customer Service Issues
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with Original Impressions' customer service. Mauricio Giammattei reports that despite asking to stop being contacted by off-site salespeople, they continued to call him. Jo Gumadlas states that the company's response to her requests takes a long time. Kiddwitkickz had a particularly poor experience with the customer service manager, Jessica, who was described as unprofessional and rude, with poor communication skills. Furthermore, many employees in the ERJ department do not speak English fluently, leading to miscommunications and delays.
